Add this component to your application in order to be able to create claim reservations per cost center. This component also allow you to quickly create multiple reservations at the same time, making the reservation creation process much faster.
Moreover, claim transactions can also be created with the same process, enhancing the speed of the overall payment process.
This component will also take care of crossing off the right claim reservations (per cost center and coverage) when finalizing the claim transaction.
Prerequisite
You need to be using cost centers and service claims.
Configuration
There are 2 places where the configuration takes place: cost center templates and service types.

Navigate to “Settings” → “Cost center templates”

Select the cost center that you are interested in, and set these checkboxes depending on your needs:

You will now be able to select the claim service type that makes use of this cost center:

Navigate to “Settings” → “Service types”

Select the service type that you are interested on enable the usage of cost center for by selecting this checkbox:

Backward compatibility
In order to keep the claim reservation, payment and cross off of reservation backwards compatible with your past claim, we have also introduced a checkbox at the claim level itself:
This checkbox is going to be selected automatically when creating a new claim, if the claim type makes use of cost centers.
Functionality
If your claim makes use of cost centers, if its type makes use of cost centers and if cost centers are enabled for claims and linked to the claim service type, you can start to use this functionality.
By adding a reservation from any possible input button (claim line, claim reservation tab, claim transaction tab) you will be shown this page:
Select the relevant claim line (if not automatically filled in), select if you want to create reservations or transactions (already checked depending on where you accessed this page) and insert a (optional) description.
You can now use the grid to enter the amount you want to create reservation for cost centers.
N.B. The grid makes use of the plugin GridExtension - InLineEdit, and you must press the keyboard button enter after every amount is filled in. If not, the plugin does not recognize the amount as inserted and it will consider that field empty.
Once you have entered all the amounts you need to, you can click on the button “Create reservations” and the reservations will be created at the same time.
