Novulo Finance components allow for reading and interpreting Bank statements. They are part of the finance components and strongly interact with the [Novulo Finance: Doubly-entry bookkeeping entries and components](https://community.novulo.com/t/novulo-finance-doubly-entry-bookkeeping-entries-and-components/348) generic components. # Components for bank statements To use bank statements, the core component is **M3439**. Additionally, the following components can be useful depending on desired functionality. - **M3926** allows for linking documents to bank statements - **M9053** makes the bank statement functionality suitable for a multi-currency set-up - **M10733** allows for selecting cost centers straight from the bank statement - **M10734** allows for selecting cost carriers straight from the bank statement Bank statements are closely related to the N\_Expected transaction-records originating from the core component: **[M3161](https://community.novulo.com/t/component-documentation-m3161-novulo-verwachte-betalingstransacties/528)** This component also has various optional additions including - **M4683** to create expected transactions without any form of invoice-based discount and **M4680** without invoice-discount. - **M3665** to link purchase invoices with expected transactions. # Process flow and functionality of bank statements The bank statement components allow for uploading Bank Statements and processing them in the application.
