Assistance Needed with Novulo CRM Integration

Hi everyone,

I am currently working on integrating Novulo CRM module with our existing ERP system and I could use some guidance. We are trying to sync customer data between the two systems but I am running into some difficulties with setting up the API connections…
I have gone through the documentation but I am still unclear about the best way to ensure smooth data exchange without any loss or duplication…

Has anyone successfully integrated Novulo CRM with another system. If so, could you share any best practices or potential pitfalls to watch out for. Also, are there specific tools or extensions within Novulo that might make this process easier.

I would really appreciate any insights or advice from those who have tackled similar projects.
I also read this topic on this site https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management-blue-prism however I am unable to find anything helpful for me.

Hey Dianna!

Great that you managed to set up the Novulo CRM basics. I guess that you have put M3019 in your application? This post might also help you in understanding the data model, which is not very intuitive at first.
Let me know if you miss any features, I can help you with finding existing components.

Are you trying to import data by making a call to an external endpoint?
