Hello Novulo Community,
We have run into a recurring issue in our Novulo environment related to specification properties. It shows up most clearly in the Allergen Information section, but the problem seems more technical in nature and not limited to allergens.
What happens:

In a product specification, we attach properties such as allergens (e.g. Soy).

For each allergen, Novulo displays several possible options: None, Product, Same Line, Plant, Field.

These five options should appear once with their correct values (green).

Instead, we see them twice:

First set = the correct data.

Second set = duplicates with no value assigned (all marked red).

What we checked already:

The duplicates are not present in our source data.

We only provide the intended set of answers.

Therefore, the duplication seems to occur inside Novulo when data is loaded or joined. Our suspicion is that some additional join between “questions” and “answers” in the background is creating redundant rows.
Why this matters:

The specification property screen becomes confusing for users.

It is unclear which row is the “real” answer, and the redundant rows make quality checks harder.
Our question:

Has anyone else experienced this duplication of property options or answers in specifications?

Is this a known issue with how Novulo handles joins between questions and answers?

What would be the recommended approach to prevent or clean up these redundant rows?
We would really appreciate guidance or examples from anyone who has encountered and solved this problem.
