Could you kindly advise on the following:
We need to build filters on PLP’s, and for this we have product properties and their answers. Right now I have already in the respective Novulo environment the Questions and answers, but I cannot manage to link them to their respective producttags (or producttaggroups).
There seems to be some hierarchical system in place as when I go to a producttag, I see product property sets, but so far I do not see the relation between the sets and the product properties (who have the questions and answers), or how to build on it further. Is there a helpful overview, documentation on how these work in relation with each other in order to get the right filters on a PLP?

Hi Suzanne,
Product properties are linked to a question (which is linked to an answer scale), and can be added to one or more product property sets. This product property set can be linked to a product tag.
To set a filter, go to the product property you want to set a filter for, and under More > Filters add and configure the filter.
For the product tag, add the filters that are relevant for your PLP page, and these will be set as filters.
@KimMeuwissen Is it possible to create the filters for a product property through an import or an automated task? If so, can you give a short instruction? Or is it better to do it manually?
Same question for the filter values.
Do I understand it correctly that a filter can only be linked to a product through a product tag?
In this case you always need:
A product property set with the product properties with a filter.
Add the product property set to the product tag.
Add the product tag to the products
Answer the properties at the product
