I’m currently using the QA scanner and I am getting an error under the architect header called ‘No iconpack icon set and first grid doesn’t supply an icon’ (see image). How can I solve this issue?

When you open the component (or model) that you scanned in the Architect it should give you style issue in the Problems pane. When you double click that, it opens the page or grid that has a missing icon.
You can set the icon via the propperties by pressing the little play icon:
