When trying to open a process action definition an error is displayed:
It is not possible to open this process action definition.
How do I proceed to open and fix the process action definition in this case?
This issue can be fixed thru the System health check.
- All apps → Settings → System health check
- Open the most recent health check
- MORE → Process structure health
- Find the process in error
- If Quick fix is shown, click the Quickfix butten for the process (or click Quickfix all)
This should remove Incorrect or incomplete identifier
