Deployment issue: 'Cannot establish secure connection'

Hi community,

You may have noticed since friday the message “Cannot establish a secure SSL/TLS connection” from composer or installer, or in the integration and generation logs.

We found out the issue is with one of our suppliers and we’re working with them to resolve this. In the meantime you can use our manual options:
From composer: use the same button within a couple of minutes.
From installer: use the retry button within a couple of minutes.
Integration: go to the integration page and click the update button.
Generation: go to the generation page and click the update button.

We will update this post if more is known.

Our team and suppliers are working permanently on this issue. However, no solution has been found as of yet. We continue to work towards the solution and will post any updates as soon as there is any news.

In addition to the above: With issues regarding the creation of datasets or datasources, we also found that trying it again within a couple of minutes will also let this process continue.

The error has not occured since thursday the 27th, but our suppliers informed us that there still is one update that still needs to be done on their side. We hope this concludes this error and it will not happen again.
