Prerequisite
Before installing the Novulo Outlook Add-In, make sure that your application has any component using the Outlook Add-on Web Service plugin.
It means that in your composition must be any component where this plugin is added. You can check your application composition in the The Novulo Composer (products list).
In the appserver under the Plug-ins tile you can find where this plugin is used:
Notice! The add-on works with Outlook versions from Office 2007 onwards, BUT it doesn’t work with Outlook that’s part of Office 365. If you have any questions about the installation or troubleshooting, please, contact your Novulo consultant.
Installation
To install the Novulo Outlook Add-In, follow these instructions: https://outlookaddin.novulo.com/
When the istallation is done, you will see the Novulo tab:
Troubleshooting
If you don’t have it, try one of the following:
- Check if Outlook has disabled the plugin. In order to see this go to the File tab and click on Manage COM Add-Ins:
If you see the following message about the Novulo AddIn, click on Always enable this add-in:
- Check if you installed the add-in correctly. If everything is correct, you can find it in the list of programs in the Windows Settings menu:
