Since recently our traceformatter browser extension is greyed out and cannot be used in Edge and Chrome even though it is installed and active.
Re-installing does not help, checked company policies but seems like this is not the problem. Anyone at Novulo knows what the issue could be ?
Hi Miroslav and Joachim,
Formatting seems to work fine.
However we were missing the āreload and show architect linksā in our test and acceptance environment and I thought this was related to the greyed out plugin (so it looks like its not active).
However when we add default.aspx in the url, the option is in the menu again
I clicked the checkbox 'allow access to file urls but after that the plugin is still greyed out.
Anyway traceformatter seems to work fine after all, still a bit strange that its greyed out. Thanks for your answers!
Hey Arnold,
I am glad that you managed to solve the issue. Indeed, the browser plugin only tries to add architect links when it recognized the ādefault.aspxā in the URL. This is to prevent the plugin from attempting to add architect links to every website you visit. If that is a problem, just let me know, then Iāll try to find a solution.
