This article is relevant for intermediaries / insurance agents using the Aplaza components to receive insurance messages to update their policy administration.
When insurers start offering messages through Aplaza, they are entered into the Aplaza register. Novulo’s Aplaza components are able to read the Aplaza register, and keep track of any changes.
Be sure to do one of the following:
- Have a scheduled task that updates the Aplaza register daily. You can verify whether you have this scheduled task, by navigating to Settings > Scheduled tasks (Instellingen > Geplande taken) and looking for a task called “Aplaza update register” (or something similar).
- If you are unsure, feel free to ask for elaboration below, or ask your Novulo implementation consultant!
- Update the Aplaza register manually. You can do this by navigating to Settings > Aplaza registers (Instellingen > Aplaza registers) and using the “Update register” button. You can do this for instance when Aplaza notifies you that a new insurer has been added to the register.
