Dropout rules in insurances

Hi, I was looking through my insurance solution and I noticed that I couldn’t answer my dropout rules (slotvragen). They are usually in an acceptance form tile. I can see them in a systemversion that I made a couple months back but not now. I tried to reload the page and show architect links to look at the model and see if there was an explanation there but the architect links didn’t work on the component and hovering over them also didn’t show a component number. Could anybody help solve this mystery?

At the sales price list item of a product, at the acceptance template tab(grid), you can add a record where you can set a couple of things:

  • Acceptance (questions) template
  • Closing statement (questions) template
  • Progress display (for usage with workflow)
  • Acceptance template where dropout criteria can be configured

By having this configured correctly it should automatically be added to the insurance when created.

thank you for your explanation! Could you also explain what the difference is between the acceptatievragensjabloon and the slotvragen sjabloon? I thought they both consisted of questions that could result in the new insurance not being accepted. Regardless, this is something that used to work and now stopped working. Has there been some sort of update?
