Create the “commission” product

1. Go to Products and create a new product with the following details:
   • Artikelnummer: PProv
   • Type: Service
   • Productgroep: Fees
   • Eenheid: Policy
   • Verkoopartikel: No (leave unchecked)
   • Fee type: Renewal commission
   • Belastingbepaling: Insurance tax
   • Boekingsschema: Renewal commission
     
     

Configure the Intermediary Relationship

To add a new intermediary:

1. Go to Instellingen.
2. In the search bar, type tussenpersonen and open the module.
   
   

When setting up a new intermediary, complete the following panels:

• Organisatie Panel: Enter your organisation’s details.
• Address Panel: Enter your organisation’s address.
• Verzekeraar: Set the Intermediary radio button to Ja.
• Organisatie instellingen: Ensure My organisation is checked.

Set up contract product groups

To create a new contract product group:

1. Go to Instellingen.
2. In the search bar, type Contactproductgroepen and open the module.
   
   
3. Select the products or sales items you want to link to the contract product group.

• For example: Create a group called All insurances and link all insurance products to it.
